Beneficial use

Material [such as dredge material] being used beneficially pursuant to section 6 NYCRR Part 360-1.15 and removed from the definition of a solid waste, and therefore the jurisdiction of Part 360, as per 6 NYCRR Part 360 - 1.2(a)(4)(vii).
