Tidal wetlands

Generally, tidal wetlands or wetland shall mean any lands delineated as tidal wetlands on an inventory map and shall comprise the following classifications as delineated on such map: Coastal fresh marsh; intertidal marsh; coastal shoals, bars and flats; littoral zone; high marsh or salt meadow; or formerly connected tidal wetlands. Tidal wetlands are more fully defined in ECL ¤25-0103(1) and its implementing regulations.
